Description: In this session we will explore some of the challenges we are facing as instructors, in our remote instruction, around flexibility and academic rigor.  We will discuss possible ways of creating an engaging, welcoming, understanding teaching environment while encouraging quality performance and setting reasonable expectations, both for the instructor and the students. Please consider sharing examples of challenges you have encountered and how you were able to address them.
